Natural stone driveways, setts & flags in Macclesfield

Natural stone is the oldest driveway surface there is and the one with the least margin for error. Stone does not flex, so anything the ground does underneath it shows up in the joints and the levels rather than being absorbed. Thickness and bedding are the questions to ask, not the colour of the sample.

Stone is very often the answer that gets approved where tarmac or concrete would not.
